Wi-Fi is no longer an optional perk and investing budget in bespoke Wi-Fi for events can save a multitude of embarrassment by ensuring that critical applications, such as live audio or HD streaming, can run smoothly and give attendees the correct experience.
As the years pass, the number of wireless devices has grown exponentially and the expectation of event attendees reflects this growth. Poor Wi-Fi can not only create a bad user experience, but also tarnish the reputation of a brand. It can mean attendees disappear to find a better connection or stop them from attending the event altogether if they think their productivity will be halted.
